3 Easy Steps to Consign!
Please make sure your items meet our consignment requirements.
If the items you wish to consign are not covered by these guidelines, please call us to discuss the acceptability of your specific items
In general, items accepted for consignment should be in "like new" condition, and less than 10 years of age. We will occasionally make exceptions to the age requirements, if we believe there is a demand for the particular style.
All upholstery must be clean and free of any discoloration, smoke or pet odors, pet hair, stains, or tears, and have very little indication of wear. Cushions and pillows must show no sagging or be out of shape. When sitting down, the cushion and springs must be firm and supportive. Glass and mirrors must be free of any chips or scratches. The finish on hard surfaces must be consistent over all the surfaces (especially the primary surfaces such as top and front), and well maintained with no watermarks, no (or very minor) scratches, or other noticeable flaws. Legs and frame must be sturdy with no wobble. Furniture must not have loose, broken, or missing hardware, worn drawer rails or drawers and cabinet doors that do not operate smoothly and close correctly.

We have made a change to our drop off policy. Due to the overwhelming response to consigning, all items (including pre-approved items) to be dropped off now require an appointment. Please call in advance to schedule a time so we can continue to service all of our clients in a appropriate manner
All consignments are subject to our final inspection.
2. Delivery To Our Studio
You can bring in your pre-appoved items at your scheduled time. We ask that if you cannot maintain your appointment that you please re-schedule or cancel your appointment so that other waiting can utilize the time allotted for you.
We have partnered with some local delivery companies for delivery service with reasonable fees. The fees are variable depending on the number of items and other specifics of the job.
3. Pricing Your Consignment
We carefully inspect your items, and then recommend pricing with consideration given to condition, quality of constructions, manufacturer, original purchase price, style, and demand of the item. We view each consignment as a partnership. It is in everyone's interest to price items at a fair market value that would realistically sell within 30 days.
That's all there is to It! Now just relax and wait for your check to be issued.
To maximize sales potential, in addition to our advertising, we are active on Facebook, Instagram and provide a photograph for furniture items only so that they appear in our Online Showroom.** This is a significant benefit when consigning with us. Additionally, when activated our Wish List system will contact all the customers with items on their Wish Lists that match the item you are selling. And of course, your items will also be viewed by the many customers who come through our studio on a daily basis.
